  • How do I unlock flowkey Premium for free?
    Register your piano at Yamaha. After registering your piano successfully you will receive an confirmation email. Click on the link within this email and create a new flowkey account or log in to your existing account. Your three free months of flowkey Premium will then start immediately.
  • How can I connect my Yamaha instrument with my computer or iPad?
    Depending on your instrument you need a regular USB cable, a USB to host cable or a MIDI to USB cable. Connecting your instrument via USB is currently only available with Chrome browser on computers and laptops.
  • Are there any hidden costs?
    No. Unlocking flowkey Premium is for free and there are no further costs. Also there is no contract. Your flowkey account will be changed to the forever free test plan automatically after three months.
  • Is the offer only available at specific retailers or for specific instruments?
    It doesn't matter where you buy your Yamaha instrument. It only has to be a Yamaha digital piano or keyboard bought after 01.10.2015 within the European Union.
  • I already bought an instrument, is the offer still valid?
    If you bought your Yamaha digital piano or keyboard after 01.10.2015 within the European Union, you'll receive three months of flowkey Premium for free.
  • When does the offer end?
    The offer is vaild until 31.03.2018. If you unlock flowkey Premium it can expire after the offer ends.
  • Can I unlock flowkey Premium more than once?
    No. Per purchased Yamaha digital piano or keyboard you can unlock flowkey Premium for three months only once.
